Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to share my work with audiences in galleries, festivals, and art societies across the Midlands and beyond. Each exhibition has given me the chance to connect with people who respond to my paintings, drawings, and photographs in new and unexpected ways. Below is a record of my professional experience from 2018 onwards. A journey that continues to inspire my practice.

2025 – A Year of Highlights

2025 has been one of my most exciting years so far. In October, I was honoured with a four-page feature in Artists and Illustrators magazine, titled Urban Glow, focusing on my Birmingham artwork. At the same time, my painting Summer Stroll in Prague was selected as a finalist in the Broadway Arts Festival Competition Exhibition at Theatrebarn, Bretforton Grange.

I was thrilled to win a prize at the Broadway Art Festival. The award was a weekend solo exhibition at the Broadway Contemporary Gallery in 2026 — an incredible opportunity that I am already looking forward to.

In September, I exhibited at Birmingham Open Studios at the Moseley Exchange. I participated in the LSA exhibition ‘Eyes from Above & Below’. I also led a workshop and demonstration at the venue. In early August, I also joined the Art in the Park event in Leamington Spa with the Coventry and Warwickshire group.

My Birmingham cityscapes have been on display at Artifex Gallery in Sutton Coldfield from June to November. In June, my drawing, ‘Heart of the City,’ was featured in the RBSA Drawing Exhibition. In May and June, I held a solo exhibition at the Purple Gallery in Bournville, showcasing my work from Birmingham.

Other 2025 highlights include The Kiss being exhibited at the Coventry Open, Herbert Gallery from March to June.

2024 – Awards and Recognition

2024 was also a memorable year. In November, I won Picture of the Month with Nocturn Intersection II at the Stratford-upon-Avon Art Society. Around the same time, I showed work at the Coventry and Warwickshire Exhibition at Wren Hall, Wroxall. I also exhibited at the RBSA Prize Exhibition, with Nocturn Intersection II and City Heat.

Over the summer, I participated in the Stratford-upon-Avon Art Society Summer Exhibition. In June, my work featured in the Coventry and Warwickshire exhibition at the Studio, Jephson Gardens, Leamington Spa. Earlier in the year, my painting Nocturnal Intersection was commended at the CASE (Coventry Art Societies) exhibition at the Herbert Gallery, Coventry.

2023 – Residencies and Fairs

In November 2023, I was delighted to be the Artist in Residence (AIN) at the LSA Art Room in Leamington Spa. As an AIN, I met visitors daily and discussed my creative process. That same year, I participated in the LSA group show at the Fold venue in October. I also exhibited at the Compton Verney Print Fair in September.

2022 – Photography and Group Shows

2022 provided me with the opportunity to showcase my photography in both solo and group exhibitions. From April to June, I participated in a photography exhibition at the Temperance Bar in Leamington Spa. Earlier in the year, I also took part in an LSA exhibition there.

I continued to exhibit my work regularly with the Leamington Studio Artists (LSA) in their Art Room, where I showcased my work monthly between 2022 and 2025.

Earlier Highlights (2018–2019)

Before this recent momentum, my journey as an exhibiting artist was already taking shape.

  • In August 2019, my painting Madonna and Child won the Silver Prize at the Stratford-upon-Avon Art Society Summer Exhibition.
  • In April 2019, I joined the group show Face to Face at the Artist’s Workhouse in Studley.
  • Later in 2019, I contributed to the Magnum Exhibition This is Us at Compton Verney.

In 2018, I exhibited with the Artist’s Workhouse in Studley and participated in Moments, a group show at Little Buckland Gallery in Broadway. My piece, Urban Ghost, was highly commended in the Balance Exhibition at Studley.

Looking Back, Moving Forward

I’ve been lucky to share my work in so many vibrant spaces and with such diverse audiences. While the list above covers my professional experience since 2018, I’ve also participated in numerous solo and joint exhibitions prior to this date. Along the way, my paintings, prints, and mixed-media pieces have found homes in several private collections across the UK and beyond.

I’m always looking ahead to the next opportunity. Whether that’s a new collaboration, an upcoming exhibition, or a project that challenges me to see the world differently.
